Absolutely amazing service from Mark, who went above and beyond to find a solution when we discovered firebricks for our aging Esse stove were discontinued. Never ordered from Fire Spares Online, but needed a made to measure firebrick. Ordered Wednesday evening, shipped Thursday morning, arrived Friday Morning! Extremely well packed, made to my specifications and an individually signed order check list by the picker, the order checked and finally signed by the packer. Oh, and the cost? Tried to fit my new fire bricks into my log burner and they wouldn’t fit (long story but due to internal metal moving). I’m new to log burners so contacted Fire Spares and had some fantastic customer service from all involved, needless to say my issue was resolved with some great advice and guidance from Mark. So all in all, 100% satisfied with dealing with this company and felt reassured throughout the whole process. Needless to say the firebricks did fit and was nothing to do with Fire Spares and I’ll be back for more bricks next time I need some. Outstanding customer service.
